Clients ask us to convert their creative and conceptual wishes and ideas, and orginisational challenges into new digital platforms, video and/or photography for every possible touchpoint. We join your existing team or help to create one and make sure we transfer our knowledge to them. If you already work with external agencies; No problem! Most likely that we know them and can deepdive in R&R and way of working. We can sum up our most important task in two words: sort it. With the right people, the right quality and at the right cost.
We prefer to get to know you face-to-face at your office or in a good café around the corner: as long as the coffee is good. Interested in working (freelance) with Misters? We’d like to get to know you!
What I love? Bringing good ideas and concepts to life. As a seventeen-year-old student of “new media”, I sort of accidentally ended up in the business during a traineeship.
It quickly turned into my first job being an assistant editor and got promoted to different positions within the same company. Switching jobs gave me the opportunity to be a visual effects producer at a large post production house. In 2008 I decided to make myself available for brands agencies and production companies.
By doing so I was able ro offer all my knowledge to a variety of advertisers, advertising agencies and production companies. In the beginning especially in the field of film, 2D and 3D animation projects, which was soon expanded to include photography and other online content.
The best thing about my job is the rapid change of technology and processes. Today the direction of campaigns is in the hands of various parties, and the advertiser himself claims an ever-greater role.
The broad knowledge I’ve acquired has value for everyone engaged in content production, whether it’s independent producing or just consulting: in both roles, I feel right at home.
In addition to all of this I have a very good sense of humour.
My first experience with producing commercials was during my internship. I’d never seen a real film set and of course more than enough went wrong, but I was immediately hooked.
After my graduation I started as a production assistant and 10 years later finished as Operations Manager of the film department. After that I worked on multiple facets and places in the wonderful world of content production to broaden my experience.
With a background as a producer of TV commercials, photography, digital content for sites and apps I know how content production works. This knowledge came in handy during the restructuring of departments at production companies and advertisers. Hence the term Production Consultant.
My curiosity and previous experiences often provide a surprising solution for projects which, at first glance, seem ‘impossible’ and complex, so bring it on!
I describe myself as being digital agnostic. This has allowed me to create, consult and manage impactful and groundbreaking productions for start-ups, agencies and brands.
My expertise comes from 15 digital years, of which the last 12 being an integrated (executive) producer on projects with a strong focus on (digital) interaction or experiences. It being as part of a campaign, a digital product or platform. Enabling brands to optimise their efforst in e-comm, social or as part of their consumer decision journey. After combining my acadamic background in organisational change with my obsessions for scrolls and clicks I developed a skillset for problem solving, making things happen, moving them forward and motivating team members.
I see myself different from your average consultant as without having hands on experience, a clear understanding of Goals & Ambitions is the hardest thing. Especially if you combine a process or ways of working with deadlines, budget, external agencies, interdependencies between internal departments and simple manpower. It is often the bridges that need building in order to launch or deliver successfully and have amazing results. It is within this playing field, where I advise, consolidate, define an approach and liaise with stakeholders and partners.
