A ‘Rube Goldberg machine’ needed to be built which would lead available talent past the different product groups. In this way, the broad portfolio and opportunities within JDE would be demonstrated to the target group. While JDE went in search of the right employees inside the company, Misters started looking for the right production company. That turned out to be Big Shots, where Robert-Jan Glas was responsible for the direction of the main video and came up with the design of the Rube Goldberg machine.
