ORGANIZE AND PROFESSIONALIZE OUR DEPARTMENT
Things can go fast. You start a social-content branch within a company and within two years you grow from a staff of two to almost thirty. Then it’s not easy to also streamline affairs, review processes and tighten things up financially.
The instructions for Misters were clear: “Make our production team better.” The outcome was slightly more extensive. Together with our client we devised a workflow that not only identified the roles and responsibilities of the own department, but also improved cooperation with other departments. The production team was provided with a clearer structure, within which they can work in a standardized way. In addition, we contributed some clever tools with actuals that can at any time show how ‘financially sound’ the project is. The desire of the owners was to spend more time on the growth, development and support of their team. So we adapted their role in the company.
The results are that the owners have become better and more effective, the margins are significantly higher, and we were invited back to give workshops on production topics selected by the production team.
